This is about Customer Service Surveys
Friday, October 10, 2008 at 01:40PM This is about customer satisfaction surveys. You know, the ones the clerk will most likely ask you to take part in after they pushed your coffee across the counter never once having made eye contact? Worse yet are the ones you get in the mail after you’ve spent most of one entire day with a sales associate deciding on a big ticket item. You’ve shown your confidence in the dealership and the product by signing on the dotted line and yet, rather than getting a thank you letter in the mail with maybe a coupon for a freebie coffee or a hat with their logo on it, you the customer will most likely open the letter to find a extensive survey asking you to tout the praises of the associate and the dealership. Having gotten requests for no less than 6 of these surveys last week alone I’ve decided that turn about’s fair play.
So – here is a little survey I’ve put together – and I offer it to any of you who are also tired of being asked to fill out customer satisfaction surveys. Just print this up and send it back to them. Here goes.
