In the Beginning it Was Christmas

In the beginning it was Christmas, and from what I’ve read, it was night, the stars were shining and you could hear a pin drop in the quiet, except of course for the choirs of angels and the lowing of cattle. Sure a few people dropped by, three to be exact plus the shepherds, how many I don’t know – but I don’t imagine they were a raucous group, having come to look in awe and to worship the newborn baby. Then, we decided to celebrate this holy event and it’s never been the same.
